PLEASE ALLOW BETWEEN 14 to 21 DAYS FOR SHIPMENT OF YOUR PURCHASE. EVERYTHING IS MADE TO ORDER WITH LOVE AND CREATIVITY! 

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and include all relevant and/or required information. The correct abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or suite numbers, etc..., are important to ensure proper delivery.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Be Golden is not responsible for lost or incorrectly delivered orders with wrong information. Be Golden is also not responsible for any packages that carriers have confirmed as delivered that you do not receive. Please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or contact your local post office.
