All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment, our company will not send customers any damaged items. PLEASE NOTE ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Please DO NOT return or send any merchandise to us without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. Be Golden will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to us without acknowledgement. Any packages returned to our warehouse without notice or approval will be refused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
